About Me
Originally from Malaysia, I started settling in County Galway, Ireland, in 2017 after completing a 7-year degree in architecture in the United Kingdom. As family life and motherhood commenced, I was presented with an alternative path to the traditional university-career route and began exploring other creative disciplines such as editorial graphic design, photography, digital photo restoration, and video editing through my former partner’s business.
In 2021, I discovered the art form of ‘quilling’ and have since produced a variety of work, dedicating myself to becoming a paper artist. I am an active member of the local art community and volunteer in the administration and promotion of meetings and art exhibitions. The skills I have gained and shared through continuous practice in various local projects and events have helped me establish connections within the community.
